Whether you’re new to working out or you’ve been lifting weights and crushing marathons since you were born, my job is to create custom training plans that feel sustainable, achievable, and are catered to your lifestyle.

I’m here to help you tap into your mental and physical strength and, most importantly, create a supportive and fun space for you to feel good!

WHY PERSONAL TRAINING?

There’s no way around it, we’re all getting older. As we age, our bodies lose bone density, we’re more prone to falling, and recovery can take longer than it did when we were teenagers. A consistent resistance and cardiorespiratory training plan can help you move well and feel strong as you age. Personal training can be a great way to be proactive about your long-term health. And discovering your deadlift one rep max is pretty exciting!

As a personal trainer, it’s my job to provide you with information on how to move well and guide you to set attainable training goals.

Although I want to help all people develop physical and mental strength, I do have a few rules when it comes to training clients:

  • There will be no body shaming

  • There will be no food shaming

  • I just ask that you try your best!

SOMETHING FOR JUST ABOUT EVERYONE

All personal training clients will go through an initial movement assessment and general health questionnaire. From there, we’ll discuss your fitness and movement goals. No goal is too small! Together we’ll create a plan that fits into your life.

There’s a few ways that I can support you in your fitness journey:

  • In-Person: Schedule weekly or biweekly in-person 55 minute personal training sessions. Cost is determined by location, number of sessions booked, and rental space fees if applicable. In-person single sessions start at $75.

  • Live Virtual: Schedule weekly or biweekly virtual sessions via Zoom. Workouts are designed with the equipment you have access to or are willing to invest in in mind. Sessions can be 30 to 60 minutes in length. Sessions are recorded and made available to clients. Live virtual sessions starting at $60.

  • Pre-Recorded Package: Workouts that are recorded for you based on their training goals. Typical packages consist of 1-3 workouts that are to be repeated through a one month cycle using equipment that you have access to. Bi-weekly Zoom calls are scheduled to ask questions and review form and technique. This is a great option for those with busy schedules, however, it does require a fair amount of self discipline. Pre-recorded packages starting at $60.
