Voyager: Online Collective Yoga Exploration - an online program consisting of movement, breathwork, and meditation exploration in a online community setting. Voyager is an opportunity for a community of curious yoga practitioners to come together and explore their practice from the comfort of their home. It’s never about doing something the right way or perfecting an aspect of the practice. It’s about experimentation and investigation of your unique, individual practice with the support of a community.
All Voyager practices require a minimum of 4 participants. Please register at least 48 hours before a practice is scheduled. If the minimum is not reached, those who are registered will be refunded and notified within 24 hours of the scheduled practice.
A Zoom link will be emailed to all participants an hour before practice.
All Voyager practices are recorded. Live attendance is recommended, but not mandatory! A link of the recording will be emailed to all participants and available to view for one month.
